Ciber-elfo Nurse Type en todas sus etapas.
Esta es una lista de los Ciber-elfos que aparecen en los tres primeros juegos de la saga Mega Man Zero. El jugador puede encontrarlos y utilizarlos de diversas maneras.
Hay un total de 78 Ciber-elfos en Mega Man Zero, 81 en Mega Man Zero 2, 74 en Mega Man Zero 3 y uno en Mega Man Zero 4.
En el primer y segundo juego, la mayoría se obtienen de Cajas de Ítems (Item Box) o derrotando enemigos y jefes durante las misiones. En Mega Man Zero 3 se encuentran dentro de Discos Secretos. Los Ciber-elfos pueden encontrarse en todas las misiones, excepto en las finales.
Mega Man Zero[]
En Mega Man Zero, los Ciber-elfos soltados por enemigos sólo pueden obtenerse durante sus respectivas misiones. Por otro lado, los elfos encontrados dentro de cajas de ítems pueden obtenerse después de las misiones si las cajas aún son accesibles.
