AcerTWP Information Co., Ltd. (第三波資訊股份有限公司 lit. "Third Wave Information Co., Ltd."), originally Acer Third Wave Publishing Co., Ltd. (第三波文化事業股份有限公司 lit. "Third Wave Cultural Undertaking Co., Ltd.") before being renamed in 1998, Acer TWP for short, is a Taiwanese company established by Acer Inc. on October 1983 as the combination of three computer software information magazines, and later it also became a computer software publisher.[1] The company published Capcom computer games in Taiwan, including Mega Man games. In 2003 the company was merged back to its parent company Acer.[2]
