Amy Rose (エミー・ローズ Emī Rōzu) is a character from the Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic Universe series. She is a pink anthropomorphic hedgehog who has a crush on Sonic the Hedgehog, although these feelings are not relinquished. She uses a hammer as weapon.

Story[]

Pre-Worlds Collide[]

Prior to the activation of the second Genesis Wave, Amy Rose along with Sonic, Tails, The Arctic Freedom Fighter & Silver the Hedgehog pursued Dr. Eggman to the Northern Tundra to save Mecha Sally (Sonic the Hedgehog #247/FCBD2013)

Worlds Collide[]

Amy is abducted by Doctors Wily and Eggman and turned into the Roboticized Master Rose Woman. Her Special Weapon was the Piko Hammer. Rose Woman, alongside Knuckles Man, Tails Man and Shadow Man, later participated in a heist to steal a Chaos Emerald and were eventually fought against by Proto Man and Mega Man, although they quickly escaped with the aid of a blue blur. (Mega Man #24 and Sonic Universe #51)

After delivering the Chaos Emerald to the doctors, Rose Woman and other Roboticized Masters later encountered Sonic, Tails, Mega Man, Rush, and Proto Man in the Skull Egg Zone, although she left to confront Proto Man with the other robots, save for Espio Man, Charmy Man, and Vector Man, who confronted Sonic, Tails, Mega Man, and Rush. (Sonic Universe #52 and Sonic the Hedgehog #249)

Rose Woman, alongside Knuckles Man, eventually found both Proto Man and the restored Chaotix Roboticized Masters (Espio the Chameleon, Charmy Bee, and Vector the Crocodile, respectively), but they were ordered to go after Sonic and Mega Man and defeat them by any means, announcing that their self-destruct protocol had been activated. They later encountered Sonic, Tails, and Rush, with their self-destruct protocols remaining active (ironically, she and Knuckles Man warped in to ambush them just as Sonic wished that they ambush them). Mega Man was barely able to deroboticize them in time with the Sonic Blast. Amy Rose, upon reasserting her identity, then proceeded to glomp Sonic as usual and excuse for what she had done.

The heroes then decide to regroup, Sonic and Amy going after Shadow the Hedgehog. Below the Wily Egg, Amy and the others face an army of Robot Masters. (Mega Man #26, Sonic Universe #53 & Sonic the Hedgehog #250)
