Andrew Francis is a Canadian voice actor who is known for voicing characters from TV series such as Shining Armor from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. He has provided the voice of MegaMan.EXE in MegaMan NT Warrior and MegaMan NT Warrior Axess. Francis also returned for the Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection as his first portrayal of the character in a video game.
