Area N Remains 2 (エリアN 遺跡2) is an area from Mega Man ZX accessed from the Transerver room in Area M-3. Unlike Area M, this mysterious part of the ruins has no signs of Slither Inc..
In this area, Vent/Aile can fight against Omega and eight bosses from Mega Man Zero 3 and Mega Man Zero 4. For the latter, these bosses will require to have these GBA games via dual slot Game Pack on Nintendo DS or Nintendo DS Lite (will not work on Nintendo DSi, Nintendo DSi XL, Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo 3DS XL, or Nintendo 2DS systems), or for the case of Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection, select either Mega Man Zero 3 or Mega Man Zero 4 to link up with, via Link Mode, before starting up Mega Man ZX. As with Area M and its connection with Ragnarok, the soundtrack for this area is also Doomsday Device.

Trivia[]
- This area may be the site of impact of a fragment from Ragnarok as the Model W in Area M is found near it.
- This area may also be the remains of the Underground Laboratory, where Omega was defeated in Mega Man Zero 3.
- Omega appears to be causing a phenomenon similar to Zero Space in Area N, with data from Cyberspace taking on material form.
- Alternatively, the Model W Core originally caused the phenomenon, which is reminiscient of the anormalities the Model W Core fragments caused in Mega Man ZX Advent.
