Asteroid BeastMan.EXE (アステロイド・ビーストマン Asuteroido Bīsutoman) is an antagonist in Rockman.EXE Stream. He is an Asteroid given to Takeo Inukai by Slur when Takeo is reprimanded for mistreating the animals under his care. The two join the Neo WWW where they begin to wreak chaos and confusion in society.

Slur gives him to Takeo Inukai after he is fired from his job at the zoo. Like the other Asteroids, he is able enter the real world with the aid of the Dimensional Chip and is summoned to attack Netto and Enzan. But, he is defeated by them using Cross Fusion and attacking him with sword Chips. Threat of the Asteroid

Later, he is deleted after disabling Dimensional Generators in the Ministry of Science. Cross Fusion Impossible!
