Blizzard Arrow is an EX Skill from Mega Man Zero 3. It can be obtained by defeating Blizzack Staggroff R with an A or S rank. It can be used by fully charging the Buster Shot with the Ice Chip equipped. When used, it fires a single ice-elemental sphere, which, after a brief delay, then produces 3 shards of ice that launch forward and have the ability to freeze enemies. Each shard, as well as the orb, have their own hit priority, giving this move up to four chances to hit enemies.
