Blizzard Arrow is an EX Skill from Mega Man Zero 3. It can be obtained from Blizzack Staggroff R if that was defeated with A or S rank. When used, it fires off a single ice-elemental sphere, which then produces 3 shards of ice that launch forward, potentially freezing enemies.
