Blizzard Arrow is an EX Skill from Mega Man Zero 3. It can be obtained from Blizzack Staggroff R by defeating him with an A or S rank. When used, it fires a single ice-elemental sphere, which then produces 3 shards of ice that launch forward and have the ability to freezing enemies.
