Bomb Potton (ボムポットン Bomu Potton) is a flying beetle enemy from Mega Man 10 that only appears in Commando Man's Stage.
Description[]
Bomb Pottons are a green beetle enemy with a propeller on to fly and a barrel underneath for firing bombs down. They drop bombs to attack enemies or active mines in the stage, opening areas with Arigock Gs or pitfalls, but standing anywhere underneath a Bomb Potton is a safe zone for the player. It will never change its position on the y-axis or fly towards the left of the screen. The player must try to jump up to snipe it or quickly find higher ground to reach them. Most weapons besides Wheel Cutter, Chill Spike, Mirror Buster, and Water Shield are effective.

"Potton" is derived from the word "poton (ポトン)", Japanese onomatopoeia of dropping lightly.
