Notes[]

  • Despite its name, "Megaman X5 Ending Theme" was present in the original Japanese release of the game for X's "bad" ending (the same is true for the overseas version)
  • The following recording errors are present on this release. This is largely due to the lack of a proper sound test found in X2 and X3
    • Disc 1, Track 37 erroneously loops a brief portion towards the end and leaves in the sound effect of X's charge shot
    • Disc 1, Track 38, Disc 1, Track 45, Disc 2, Track 1, Disc 2, Track 2, and Disc 2, Track 7 leave in all the sound effects heard during these sequences
    • Disc 1, Track 48 and Disc 2, Track 16 both have their initial measures cutoff
    • Disc 1, Track 60 leaves in the sound effect of Zero's life gauge fill
    • Disc 2, Track 13 leaves in the "teleporting in" sound effect
  • The following tracks are missing completely
    • The "Get a Weapon" themes for both X2 and X3 (original version)
    • The "Dr. Cain/Laboratory" themes for both X2 and X3 (original version)
  • The following naming errors exist
    • Disc 2, Track 65 is named "Dr. Kein Demo" instead of "Dr. Cain Demo"
    • Disc 2, Track 67 is named "Ending 1" instead of "Ending"
    • Disc 2, Track 68 is named "Ending 2" instead of "Get a Weapon"
    • Disc 3, Track 13 is named "Sprit Mushroom Stage" instead of "Split Mushroom Stage"
    • Disc 3, Track 22 is named "Final Weapon Stage 1" instead of "Space Port Stage"
    • Disc 3, Track 24 is named "Final Weapon Stage 2" instead of "Final Weapon Stage"
    • Disc 4, Track 23 is named "Lamdabamda" instead of "Rangda Bangda"
    • Disc 4, Track 31 is named "Unused Track 'Stage Slect'" instead of "Unused Track 'Stage Select'"
    • Disc 4, Track 35 is named "Unused Track 'Armagedon'" instead of "Unused Track 'Armageddon'"
