- "Bomb Bomber Bombest"
- —Stage tagline, Rockman 7
"Chemical Substances Factory Stage" (化学薬品工場ステージ Kagaku Yakuhin Kōjō Sutēji),[1] also known as Burst Man's Stage[2] and Burst Man Stage,[3] is Burst Man's stage in Mega Man 7, an area filled with chemical substances.
Description[]
Chemical Substance Factory Stage is the "water level" of Mega Man 7, but introduces many unique mechanics that are much more interesting than just the "spikes on the ceiling" gameplay that water stages had at the time. Mega Man will start by using the first gimmick, the Count Bomb NEO, where they work exactly as they did in Mega Man 6, but with a new design. Mega Man will go through a couple trials of using the bombs to his advantage before reaching the yellow-ish water, supposedly to represent chemicals, and he has to shoot through CFN-24s and Swim Metall DXs while going through a Bubble Man-esque stage design before reaching Kanigance. After beating Kanigance, Mega Man will find the next gimmick, a purple fluid that makes Mega Man constantly float towards the surface. After narrowly dodging some more CFN-24s while going up, he will go through more trials combing the purple fluid with spikes, and Mega Man can also grab the "R" Plate on a ledge near the fluid, which is one of the easiest grabs in Mega Man 7, before reaching the boss door.
