CloudMan (クラウドマン Kuraudoman) is an antagonist in Rockman.EXE Stream. He is a Darkloid under the leadership of Dark Rockman.

Much like his counterpart from the video game series, CloudMan is a Darkloid who works for Dark Rockman.
History[]
Rockman.EXE Stream[]
CloudMan first appeared in the Rockman EXE Stream episode "Another Rockman" along with BlizzardMan, CosmoMan and SwallowMan. He and other Darkloids attacks Rockman in the cyberworld and later harshly squeezing Rockman in his left hand until ShadowMan attacks him, freeing Rockman.
CloudMan and BlizzardMan attacks the computer at Yaito's party in Kingland. Later, Rockman, GutsMan, FireMan, NapalmMan and TomahawkMan fight against the Darkloid duos. After the NetBattling quintet stops them, Dark Rockman materializes CloudMan and BlizzardMan to real world and attacking C.F. Rockman. After seeing BlizzardMan got deleted by C.F. Rockman, CloudMan immediately goes back to the cyberworld. Offering of Deko Fireworks
CloudMan, Dark Rockman, CosmoMan and SwallowMan spying on Telsa Magnets through a security camera at the Neo WWW's hideout. Neo WWW Annihilation
CloudMan, CosmoMan and SwallowMan attacks NetCity until Rockman stops them with the help of GutsMan, Roll and MagicMan. Top Secret Orders C.F.
CloudMan, CosmoMan and SwallowMan were materialized to the real world and battles against the Cross Fusion members. After the trios were defeated, they retreated back to the cyberworld. Under Duo's Comet
When the Cross Fusion members infiltrated the former Neo WWW's hideout Dark Rockman dispatched CosmoMan, SwallowMan and CloudMan to fight them. CloudMan took on C.F. TomahawkMan and C.F. NapalmMan and while at first he got the upper hand, in the end he was simply outnumbered and outmatch so a few quick strikes was all it took to delete him. The Desired Crest
