Concrete Jungle (コンクリートジャングル Konkurīto Janguru) is the 11th episode of Rockman.EXE Stream. It aired in Japan on December 11th, 2004.[1]

Netto is interested on animal toys that came as a bonus with food, and when he found that Meijin is an enthusiastic collector, they made trades with each other. Around that time, Inukai and BeastMan started turning vehicles into beasts to cause confusion and spread fear around the world for Neo WWW. Every vehicle was transformed into an animal and began to run amok. Rockman chases BeastMan and they battle, but he gets into a pinch, being surrounded by VideoMan, DesertMan and FlashMan.
Summary[]
A biker gang is driving around when another bike approaches them. At first thinking it’s a challenger, they’re shocked when the bike has no driver. They’re scared off when the bike turns into a horse and charges at them. They take off yelling about a monster when the bike turns back around and drives towards Inukai, who smiles about this being a success.
At Commissioner Kifune’s office, Netto is given a rundown of the recent Neo WWW reports and the current known members. Netto, however, is restless and takes off running the moment he’s dismissed. As it turns out, Netto was excited to buy a blindbox that hadn’t sold out yet. While trying to figure out what is inside a box by shaking it, Meijin runs into Netto, surprised that they’re both buying the same thing. As it turns out, Meijin is a collector of blind box figures.
At Neo WWW base, Tesla demands they not fail again and Inukai volunteers to lead the next fight. Inukai hijacks the department store Netto and Meijin were previously at and transforms the vehicles around the city into animals. Meijin calls Netto, who was back at the store, that there’s an emergency. Netto runs out to see the animal vehicles racing around the front of the store causing havoc. While trying to avoid being attacked by the animal vehicles, Meijin drives up and saves Netto, driving them around the animals. Unable to get around some of them, Netto plugs Rockman into one of the cars where they find Beastman.
While Meijin and Netto try to escape they hear Inukai’s voice through Netto’s PET. Inukai calls the chaos his metal animal zoo, bragging about his current accomplishment. When Meijin’s car is surrounded again, Netto remembers Meijin teaching him about animals and their natural enemies earlier in the episode. Using this to their advantage, the two lure the animal cars to their natural enemies and let them take eachother out. After their plan works Netto runs to get back to Rockman, who’s now being ganged up on by not just Beastman, but Videoman, Flashman, and Desertman. Rockman is struggling against the four, but Netto can’t make it to him as he’s stopped by Inukai’s lion, Manosuke. However, before the four asteroid navis can delete him, Colonel appears and leaves Beastman to Rockman while he fights the other three. Colonel gets them to log out rather quickly and Rockman defeats Beastman shortly after.
Every vehicle returns to normal after Beastman is defeated. Inukai flees with Manosuke. Rockman thanks Colonel as he leaves. Meijin praises Netto for his strategy, but then Netto opens his blind box to see what’s inside and cries at what he gots.

- This episode contains an advertisement for Rockman.EXE 5 Team Blues.
- This Episode contains a disclaimer telling audiences that shaking merchandise within the store is prohibited behavior. The disclaimer is given three times.
- Netto’s strategy of making the animal cars go after their natural enemies may be a reference to the Zoo scenario in Rockman.EXE 3 where Rockman has to bring programs of the animal viruses natural enemies to make it past.
- During Meijin's explanation about the animal figures to Netto, figures of Rockman, Blues, Roll, Rush, AquaMan, IceMan, GutsMan, NumberMan, Metall, Billy, Swordra, Parara, Rimokogorō, Poward, Ghosler and Kumonpe can be seen on display.
- The animal toys from the chocolate egg shown are "cat & mouse", "rabbit & hawk", "zebra & lion", "snake & mongoose", "killer whale & seal", and a secret one depicting a kid that got repeated prizes (three "cat & mouse") in the chocolate.
- Meijin suggested that some of the secret figures could be a crow with black-headed gulls, ants with anteater, and starfish with shrimp.
- The Battle Chips Attack +10, Area Steal, Met Guard 1, Panel Return and Recovery 30 can be seen in the screen from Inukai's PET-III.
