Mega Man using Concrete Shot
Concrete Shot is Concrete Man's power. It can be used as a platform upon reaching the ground therefore enabling Mega Man to jump to higher places. It can also be used to stop moving enemies in their tracks. It can also be used to "freeze" those one-hit flame "lasers" from Magma Man's stage, a fact that is not immediately apparent, but important to use in Wily's stage. It can also block laser traps in the last Wily Stage, allowing Megaman to pass. The Concrete Shot is Galaxy Man's weakness. It can neutralize his black holes.
