Crystal Man's Stage is a stage that appeared in Mega Man 5 and Mega Man IV that has Crystal Man as the boss.
Appearances[]
Mega Man 5[]
Crystal Man's Stage takes place in a crystal mine, with giant pillars of robotic crystal capsules peering up in the background. The stage has different outside views of the crystal sky, starting with cyan, followed by dark blue once the player enters the mines, then a pink sky, and lastly returning to the cyan sky before staying underground for the rest of the stage. The main gimmick, unique to this stage, is introduced early on: crystal dispensers. Only appearing in the dark blue sky and pink sky rooms, they hang from the ceiling and simply drop crystals below at a quick rate, taking random breaks in between. Due to their quick drop rate, the player should wait for a crystal to fall, then jump immediately before another one is created. Star Crash can actually protect against these crystals. One room has a spinning platform. It remains stationary in the air until the player stands on it. Once stood on, the platform will move in a predetermined path (different for every platform), stop once it reaches the end of its path, and then fall down offscreen. Mega Man also spins in place while standing on it, unable to shoot.

Valuable pickups to look out for:
Eddie: Appears in the transition room from the dark blue sky to the pink sky. The main thing in this room is Eddie, who will randomly provide a big health energy, a big weapon energy, a 1-UP, or an E-Tank. If the player doesn't like what they get and doesn't take it, they can re-enter the room to have Eddie provide the player another valuable pickup.
E-Tank: After the room with New Shield Attackers, this pickup rests on a platform just below you in plain sight. It is easily accessible, but the player should take care of the two Bombiers coming in from the left before they get the pickup.
M-Tank: Shortly after the E-Tank room, there is a horizontal room with a small upper path that houses this pickup, but it is guarded by Mousubeils. The player first needs a utility like Rush to reach the upper path. Note that if you already have an M-Tank, this pickup won't appear.
/
Plate: After the M-Tank is a brief spike drop which is pretty easy to get through. However, this letter hangs in mid-air during the second room of the spike drop. To get it, drop straight down the center at the beginning and as you pass by the spikes in the first room, hug the left wall and you'll line yourself up to grab it.
Mega Man IV[]
Accessed through a teleporter in the Wily Station, Crystal Man's Stage in the GB demake exclusively takes place inside the crystal mine. The stage has some unique gimmicks, one of which is introduced right away: a Move Hover. He remains stationary even when stood on, but he does get pushed by buster shots, though he will eventually return to his normal position. The stage also brings back the stone platforms from Pharaoh Man Stage. These platforms stay in place, but when stood on, they will shake left and right for a second before dropping straight down. They drop 1 full tile of distance and Mega Man will have to learn this in order to progress through the stage. The most interesting aspect of the stage is that it has two big alternate paths to take, with them meeting up back together near the end. The upper path is shorter but barely has any goodies, while the lower path has more treacherous obstacles but has more goodies, including the only appearance of Eddie in the game. Regardless, each path shows off another unique gimmick: the crystal dispensers. Compared to Mega Man 5, they drop at a consistent rate, making them easier to get past. The upper path has a short spike drop that actually places small health pickups in the air to guide Mega Man away from the spikes, and afterwards is a room introducing two-pegged platforms, with each peg being perpendicular to each other at all times. Stationary in the air, one peg can be stood on at all times, but once it is stood on, it will shift 90 degrees in the other direction so the other peg can be stood on. Another big unique gimmick is the terrain moving and crushing everything one by one: during these rooms, as soon as their sounds are heard, Mega Man has to hurry along as quickly as he can to avoid getting crushed. However, if there are no more platforms to left, he just has to wait for one to appear in front of him and continue advancing quickly.

Valuable pickups to look out for:
P-Chips: A total of 24 P-Chips (3 large) can be found and collected within this stage, one P-Chip being in the lower path.
Mini E-Tank: In the first room on a very high area. The Move Hover needs to be pushed to the left, followed by using Rush Coil to get on top on the Move Hover to reach the pickup. Ring Boomerang can also be used from the Move Hover's normal position.
Mini E-Tank: During a drop, this pickup is on the right side of one room. It is guarded by a Crystal Joe, who must be taken out before proceeding.
Plate: Immediately after the second Mini E-Tank, going right in the next room (you have to defeat the Crystal Joe to proceed) leads to a dead end that allows Mega Man to simply jump to grab it. If Mega Man does not get this letter from the left, he can still use Ring Boomerang to nab it from the right side. However, this letter is mandatory in order to progress through the game.
Eddie: His only appearance in the game. Appears after the first crystal dispenser room in the lower path. Eddie will randomly provide a big health energy, a big weapon energy, a 1-UP, or an E-Tank. He cannot be cheesed as the player comes down from above.
1-UP: In the same room as Eddie. If Mega Man holds left entering the room, he can slide through an upper area above Eddie, with this pickup at the end.
