Cutting Wheel (カッティングホイール Kattingu Hoīru) is a sawblade enemy that only appears in Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge for the Game Boy. They appear in Cut Man's stage, and are also deployed by the Wily Machine I.
They act in three different ways: some are stationary, some just spin forward, and others will pursue Mega Man if he gets close to them.
