Dart

Dart is the name of a series of enemy Mechaniloids from Mega Man ZX and Mega Man ZX Advent based on hermit crabs, and comes in three elemental varieties: Fire, Ice, and Electric.

Electric Dart is the first Dart model. It is said to be found near the sites of lightning storms and can shoot electric blasts from the tip of their shells that remain for a short period of time after they are fired. They are found in Area A, Area E, Area I and Area M in Mega Man ZX. In Mega Man ZX Advent, they are found in Tower of Verdure, Waterfall Ruins and Mysterious Lab. Electric Darts are said to be captured and used by members of the Hunter's Guild as portable batteries, with their lifespan dictated by their remaining charge.

Fire Dart is the second Dart model. They shoot fire blasts that remain after they're shot for a short period of time. Fire Darts were once sold as portable cooking ranges until they were recalled because they caught on fire. In Mega Man ZX, they can be seen in Area M and Area K. In Mega Man ZX Advent, they appear in Train, Oil Field, Control Center and Undersea Volcano.

Ice Dart is the third Dart model from Mega Man ZX Advent. Their shell can't be hurt and they shoot blasts that create spiked ice shards wherever they land. Their cooling system can turn a pool into an ice rink in minutes. They appear in Waterfall Ruins.
