World Three is gone and Count Zap has lost his spark. Feeling like a failure, he wanders back into his childhood home, where he's confronted by his wiry mother, Mama Zap. She may have a few circuits loose, but she convinces the Count to trap Lan and MegaMan into a rematch. As Lan happens to be passing by the Zap family mansion on his prize world tour, the trap is sprung and Lan is faced with an electrifying challenge. Count Zap and ElecMan are determined to get their revenge, and make Mad Mama Zap proud of her sad-sack son.[1]
