Doctor Wily is the main antagonist in the Mega Man: Upon a Star OVA. When Yuuta Kobayashi falls asleep playing Mega Man 5 one night, Dr Wily and his rival Mega Man find themselves in the real world, where Dr. Wily begins his conquest of real world Japan.

- In the Japanese version of the OVA, Dr. Wily is voiced by Kenichi Ogata who would later voice Barrell Caskett in Rockman DASH and TopMan.EXE in Rockman EXE Axess.
