Drift Diamond (ドリフトダイヤモンド Dorifuto Daiyamondo) is a Special Weapon in Mega Man X8. It is obtained by X (and Alia) after defeating Avalanche Yeti.
With this weapon equipped, X dons a white version of his standard armour. When using the weapon, X/Alia shoots two snowflakes from his cannon that travel in 45 degree angles. These crystals can freeze anything that gets in their way. When fully charged, five snowflakes surround X and freeze any enemy that comes in contact. This weapon is Burn Rooster and Vile's weakness, and aside from taking damage, Burn Rooster loses a chunk of his power. Avalanche Yeti uses the charged version of the weapon for his version of the weapon.
