Electronic Money Panic (電子マネー大混乱! Denshi manē daikonran!) is the 34th episode of the MegaMan NT Warrior anime series. In the English dub, it is the 26th episode. It features the debut of Gauss Magnus and MagnetMan.EXE.

The Chairman and CEO of the powerful, world-famous company named after him, Gauss Inc., pays DenTech City a visit. Mr. Gauss makes a deal with Higsby that transforms the chip shop owner into the richest businessman in town! Meanwhile, AyanoTech, Yai's family company, goes bankrupt! It turns out that Gauss is a senior Grave operative, who is using the innocent Higsby to cause the economy to run amok. Fortunately, Lan and Chaud team up to take down Mr. Gauss's NetNavi, MagnetMan, restoring order to the banking system.[1]
