Flash Man Stage is a stage from Mega Man 2 that has Flash Man as the boss.

Flash Man's stage takes place deep inside an underground venue predominantly made up of slippery crystal platforms. Due to the stage being eternally frozen in time by the side effects of the Time Stopper, the floor has eroded away and become very slippery, much like how ice physics usually work. This applies to the entire stage's terrain, so caution must be taken to avoid slipping by accident. Although very short, this stage has a lot of split paths condensed into narrow pathways, some of which make it very easy to take sudden damage from enemies. Lastly, some of these split paths are cut off by orange walls that can only be destroyed by Crash Bomber, foreshadowing Flash Man's weakness. Beating this stage will additionally reward the player with Time Stopper and Item-3.

Items[]

Valuable pickups to look out for:

  • 1-UP: In the first horizontal room with all the Crazy Cannons, use Item-1 to reach an upper path that is out of jumping reach to nab this pickup. Item-2 can also be used, but it's much more precise.
  • E-Tank: At the Sniper Armor room right after the Blocky, take the right path. This will bring you above the Sniper Armors below, though you will have to do some precarious platforming on small blocks to make it to the other side, where this pickup rests. There is also a breakable wall at the end, busting it down will allow you to skip the final Sniper Armor.
