Fly the Skies Flirty Rascal! (空飛ぶナンパ野郎! Soratobu Nanpa Yarō!) is the 5th episode of Rockman.EXE Stream. It aired in Japan on October 30, 2004.

Plot[]

After a couple Museums are robbed, the prime suspect seems to be Charlie Airstar, a flirty helicopter pilot, who seems to be at every crime scene.

Summary[]

A museum appears to have been robbed by an unknown suspect, leaving sand in their path.

Outside of the school building Mariko is being filmed by Noboru Sunayama for a late night TV segment on model teachers. Netto asks for him to record the whole class as well when Charlie's helicopter descends in front of the crowd of students. Charlie takes this as an opportunity to flirt with Mariko, despite her insistence on him leaving the school grounds, which Sunayama takes as an opportunity to leave. Charlie leaves shortly after.

A series of museums are robbed, in which an art museum, coin museum, and sculpture gallery are stolen from by mysterious figures. Enzan and Netto are called to Commissioner Kifune's office where Manabe instructs them to find the culprit and retrieve the stolen items, a quill, coin, sculpture, and picture frame. Netto ends up frustrated at school over the string robberies when Meiru brings up how the items were on TV. Netto ends up visiting Sunayama in the TV station where he's allowed to access Sunayama's film data to find the perpetrator.

After plugging in Rockman, they realize Charlie appears to be at every museum a couple days before each of the crimes. Netto takes this as confirmation that Charlie is their target. His belief is hammered in when Rockman realizes someone is secretly downloading data form the server, which turns out to be Charlie's Navi, Gyroman. They end up following Gyroman to a storage facility where they find Charlie. A net battle perseus in which Charlie and Gyroman flee from mid-fight.

Netto receives a call from Enzan in which he states he knows where the thief will strike next. It's at this new location it's revealed the real thief's are Sunayama and Desertman as they're caught in the act by Charlie and Gyroman. A Net Battle perseus in which Gyroman struggles with until he's saved by Rockman and Blues. With Netto and Enzan arriving at the scene, Sunayama is caught red handed, Enzan revealing the robberies all consisted of something that had been previously owned by Dr. Wily. Sunayama reveals he had been approached by Slur one night and given Desertman, calling it a waste of power to not have commited to robberies.

Sunayama slots in a dimensional chip, causing Desertman to materialize in the real world and resulting in Netto and Enzan performing cross fusion. The duo ultimately win the battle, yet they're unable to arrest Sunayama as he runs off, tricking them into running directly into a trap that Charlie saved them from as Sunayama escapes.

In the end Sunayama ends up apologizing to a mysterious figure he refers to as Chairmen Gauss.
