I've looked up somewhere that the connection between Omega (MMZ3/RMZ3) and his questionable effects on the rifts between Cyberworld and the actual world is through his resonance with Dark Elf. Even then, after looking through as much sources as I could, I wasn't able to actually find concrete evidence to assert this claim.
So, what really explains Omega's effects on Cyberworld in the first place? Crash on Earth, bam, spontanaeity?
