Ganbare Rockman: Jishin Youjin - Hi no Youjin (がんばれロックマン 地震用心・火の用心 "Do Your Best Rockman: Earthquake Precautions - Fire Precautions") is an educational Rockman animation produced by Sankyo Educational Film Company sometime between 1989-1993.

Little is known about the animation, except that the main character is a boy with glasses that learns about fire and earthquake safety. It is unknown if in the setting Rockman is a real character, a video game character that appears in the real world like Mega Man: Upon a Star, or a completely fictional character like Bomberman: Yuuki o Arigatou Watashi ga Mimi ni Naru, which was also produced by Sankyo.

The animation had an activity book based on it, which apparently was given as a teaching material in schools during evacuation drills. Information about the lost anime surfaced when an activity book was spotted for sale in Mercari.[1]
