Gyrator

Gyrator is an enemy from Mega Man Zero 4. It is a fan Mechaniloid that appears on power lines. When Zero is hanging on a power line, the Gyrator will move toward him as a means to try to make him fall off. It can be stopped when stunned momentarily or destroyed. It appears only in Mino Magnus's stage.
