Ice is the Wizard and manager of Belle, a good friend of Sonia Strumm. Ice is somewhat a snob and gets jealous easily. After Mega Man defeats Taurus Fire in Mega Man Star Force 3, the director of Sonia's drama serial enlists Mega Man to replace Belle, amazed by his power. Ice is not happy with this, and Jack takes the opportunity by giving Ice a Noise Card, allowing her to have a chance to take revenge. Driven by jealous rage Ice accepts it and mutates into the fairy-like mutant Diamond Ice, and proceeds to attack WBG Studios and attempt to stop Sonia's last live-stage performance.
