Jungle Stage (ジャングルステージ, Janguru Sutēji) is Spike Rosered's stage in Mega Man X5. It is an abandoned secret Repliforce facility hidden deep in a city with the mechanical jungle in between eastern Ukraine and southern Russia.

History

After the Great Repliforce War, this jungle facility was abandoned, leaving a functional Orbital Engine behind. Spike Rosered later took refuge in the abandoned jungle and took possession of the Orbital Engine. During the events of Mega Man X5, the Maverick Hunters arrived at the jungle for the Orbiter Engine to power their Space Shuttle to destroy the descending Eurasia colony. Rosered refuses to give it to them, citing his disapproval of their methods in determining which Reploids are deemed Mavericks and which ones are not. Thus, they are forced to engage him in battle and destroy him, taking the Orbiter Engine from him by force.

Description

The stage begins outdoors, before going into a cavern where vine-like wires are used to climb upwards. Continuing to the right, a tunnel leads downwards, and continue to maneuver through the obstacles and enemies using the wires. The stage is fairly straightforward from here, requiring precise platforming over spiked floors to reach Rosered's room.

Items

	Life Up
	Before climbing the stage's first wires, there are Gaea Armor crates to the right. Bypass them with the Gaea Armor and continue down a path; then push other crates into position to clear a gap and grab the Life Up.
	Gaea Armor Foot Program
	During the second area with a wire above a pit, find an opening in the ceiling just before the end of the wire. Fly into the opening with the Falcon Armor to find the capsule.
