Kōji Izuki (出月こーじ Izuki Kōji), also known as Moon Up, is a Japanese manga artist. Formerly known by the penname Kōji Yasue (やすえこーじ or 安江こーじ Yasue Kōji), he began using the "Izuki" name with the Rockman 8 manga. He won the 7th Fujiko Fujio Award and debuted in Shogakukan CoroCoro Comic's Campus Hero. Since then, he has written many works for Comic BomBom (Kodansha). He has also worked on other manga adaptations of games such as Elevator Action and Mach Rider for Bessatsu CoroCoro Comic. He was one of the guests at the Mega Man 20th anniversary event.
