Atomic Chicken, also known as Cook (クック, Kukku) in Japan and in Mega Man: Anniversary Collection, is a tricky enemy in Mega Man 2, though it only appears in Wood Man's stage. It will usually leap over Mega Man as he shoots at it (though sometimes it will collide with him and damage him).
