Leo (獅子座, Leo) is a boss from Rockman Strategy, a robot with a humanoid lion-like appearance based on the zodiac sign that is his namesake, which encompasses the dates of July 23 through August 22 of the tropical calendar.

Leo is part of the robots led by Apollo and Luna. He dwells in an erupting volcano in Borneo, accompined by the Robot Masters Heat Man and Napalm Man. His element is Fire, but he appears to be vulnerable to fire and attacks by sending a powerful gust of cyclonic wind at his opponents, blowing them away and keeping him out of harm's way.
