A fur seal-like guard robot enemy that appears in Blizzard Man's stage. Attacks by charging up a sphere of energy on his nose and firing it at Mega Man.
An intellectual robot that paces back and forth until shot, which causes its glasses and cap to fly off and the little robot to go berserk and chase Mega Man, exploding if left rampaging too long.
A robot based on a curling stone that slides on the ground and gains speed while sliding. Hitting it with a charged shot from the Power Adapter sends it flying in the opposite direction it was going in.
A fireball tossing robot. A Fire Boy can pose as a major threat to Mega Man if its fireballs ignite any pits of oil below him, incinerating him if he falls into the inferno below.
A Telly that can shoot fireballs from above. A Fire Telly can pose as a major threat to Mega Man if it shoots a fireball into pits of oil below him, instantly killing him if he falls into the raging inferno below.
A small oil pump enemy that lobs shots at Mega Man. Can only be defeated with a charge shot or hit from the Power Adapter, causing it to flip over. If it lands in an oil pool, it becomes a platform that can be used to ride the oil.
