A small UFO-like enemy that will appear in lines of 1, 2, or 3 and will fly forward in a stretched arc.

Ballonboo
|
A small floating enemy that will occasionally fire shots at Mega Man. If Mega Man fires at the balloon above, it will pop and sling the enemy around before flying off-stage.

Big Stomper
|
A rendition of the Big Eye that has less health points and will make smaller jumps towards Mega Man.
|
|
Bokazurah
|
A stationary enemy that cannot be damaged, but once hit, it will fire 3 lobbing balls at Mega Man that can break certain blocks.

|
A large tree-like enemy that will make small hops that lob 2 "coconuts" on its left and right sides.

Bunby Catcher
|
A rendition of the Bunby Heli that will quickly fly down when Mega Man is in its trajectory and drag him quickly a certain direction before either letting go or killing him.

|
Camouflametall
|
A rendition of the Metall that will pose as a 1-UP to trick Mega Man into getting within firing range.
|
|
Caricarry
|
A minecart-like enemy that moves back and forth, and whenever Mega Man fires at it, it will drop a bouncing rock. When its destroyed, 4 rocks will fly from both sides of it and hit the floor.

|
Changkey
|
A much larger rendition of the Changkey from Mega Man that will be fired from the Changkey Dragon and will trail along the ground towards Mega Man.

|
Classical Cannon
|
A stationary cannon that occasionally lobs a bomb towards Mega Man that will make a large explosion.
|
|
Deispider
|
A large spider enemy that will drop from ceilings when Mega Man is near and will make hops of varying heights towards him.
|
|
Detarnayappa
|
A small enemy that will rise from pits and slowly drop back down, occasionally firing shots in both directions.
|
|
Diarn
|
A flying enemy encased in a diamond shield that flies towards Mega Man, stops, opens its shield, and fire a shot directly at him before flying again.
|
|
Fire Totem
|
A totem pole enemy that will rise from the ground when Mega Man is near and lob 4 fireballs in varying arcs around it. The only weak point is the head.

Flower Presenter
|
A small stationary enemy that will fire a missile that resembles a plant that will home on Mega Man.
|
|
Gagabyoall
|
A rendition of the Gabyoall that acts the exact same but has different weaknesses.
|
|
Hoohoo
|
A flying owl enemy that drops a large boulder that breaks into smaller pieces when Mega Man gets near.
|
|
Illusian
|
A flying enemy that will project fake blocks along a row to trick Mega Man before retreating.

Jump Roller
|
A small rolling enemy that will spit fire when on lava, but when Mega Man gets near, it will hop towards and around him.

Kakinbatank
|
A large shielded enemy that will be resting until Mega Man fires at it or its shield, from there it will either drop its shield if its close enough to him and lob projectiles, or it will go back to rest.

|
Machine Gun Joe
|
A rendition of the Sniper Joe that will stay mostly stationary and instead of firing single shots, it will fire bursts of 8 shots.

Nombrellan
|
An umbrella-like enemy that will float down from the sky in hopes of hitting Mega Man. Weather conditions like rain will affect its trajectory.

|
Octone
|
An enemy resembling an octopus that will have a shielded body it will hide in, and will only come up to lob ink balls at Mega Man when he fires at it. These ink balls will also make Mega Man's body covered in black.

|
Okosutobon
|
A small almost indestructible enemy that will home in on Mega Man and eventually explode if he gets near it or he fires at it.
|
|
Petit Devil Green
|
A supposedly smaller rendition of the Twin Devil (faced later on in the game) that will float until being shot enough times by Mega Man, from there it will be split into 3 smaller versions of itself.

|
Petit Devil Yellow
|
A yellow version of the Petit Devil Green that will act the same but will split into 4 instead of 3 when shot enough.
|
|
Popo Heli
|
A small enemy that will fly towards a certain area that Mega Man reaches, and will fire a flamethrower before retreating. The head is shielded and can only hit from the back.

|
Sakrets
|
An enemy that will ride along the wall, occasionally firing a large ball that splits into 6 once it reaches the center of the room.
|
|
Scissascissor
|
2 blades of a pair of scissors that will dive into each other, fusing, and flying forwards before coming back from the left side of the screen.

Shadow Mega Man/Shadow Proto Man (Shadow Rockman/Shadow Blues)
|
A monochrome copy of Mega Man or Proto Man that will appear when one of them passes through fuzzy screens in the background of stages. They will chase Mega Man or Proto Man until they time out or get killed.

|
A small electric enemy that will trail along the ground and is invincible to most weapons.
|
|
Spin Cutter
|
A small enemy that will float down, and upon hitting the ground, will gain spikes and charge as quickly as it can forward, bouncing off walls as well.

Telly X
|
A rendition of the Telly enemy that will act the exact same with a new design.
|
|
Tropish
|
A swordfish-like enemy that will fly from one side of the screen to the other.
