This is a list of enemies from Mega Man Zero 2.

Enemy name
Description/background information of an enemy or boss.
Health Points: Lists the amount of health an enemy has based on the amount of hits it takes from uncharged Buster shots. Bosses with a health meter will always have an HP value of 32.
Attack Damage: Attack damage Zero takes in bars of health from his life meter.
Special Weapon: The Element Chip Zero can receive after defeating certain bosses.
Weakness: The Element chip that will cause the most damage against a boss in units. For enemies, it will be the Element that takes the least amount of shots to destroy.

Enemies[]


Barrier Counter
A mechaniloid that flies back and forth. If its energy barrier is attacked, it will retaliate by converting the barrier into bullets

Bombnet
Drops its explosive abdomen when Zero draws near, then flies away.

Carryarm
Flies above Zero. Often times, they are carrying Spikings which they will drop when close to Zero. Some Carryarms are found trying to take away crates and fleeing by flying upwards.

Caterpull
Slow moving mechaniloids that inch along the ground.

Condoroid MK2
Green Condoroids that initially are found consuming Pantheon corpses. When approached, they will encircle Zero and swoop at him.

Flopper
A volatile enemy that flies back and forth. It will violently explode when destroyed.
Health Points: 1
Attack Damage: 4 (contact)

Gli-Eye
A mechaniloid which flies after Zero.

Heli Metall RW*
Ancient mechaniloids that fly in a figure-eight pattern and shoot bullets in a downwards "V" angle.

Hoppider**
Small spider mechaniloids that hop out of Kumōterus in small swarms, and continue hopping forward.

Hottalook
Insectoid enemies that are released from a floating spawner. When the spawner is hit, it releases Hottalooks which fly out in an expanding spiral while also illuminating invisible platforms.

Ice Lifter
Enemies that try to rush into Zero, sometimes while pushing large blocks of ice.

Jangyo
Fish mechaniloids that either swim around or jump over floating platforms.

Kumōteru**
A nest that Hoppiders spawn from.

Mini Mine
An explosive that activates if Zero gets too close to it.

Metall RW*
Ancient mechaniloids from ages passed. Hides under its helmet, from which it will occasionally rise and shoot a bullet forwards.

Molegule
A subterranean mechaniloid that surfaces to fire its drill at Zero before retreating underground.

Panel Cannon
Flying enemies that aim their fire at Zero from above.

Pantheon Guardian
Reploid soldiers that trudge around and attempt to hit Zero in close range.

Pantheon Hammer
Reploid soldiers that are equipped with a hammer and a shield. They attack by throwing their hammer at Zero before pulling it back. Their shields can be removed with the Chain Rod.

Pantheon Hopper
Reploid soldiers that crawl along the floor and jump at Zero, attempting to slash at him if he gets near.

Pantheon Hunter
Reploid soldiers that resemble X. They walk back and forth, occasionally stopping to fire three bullets forward.

Pantheon Launcher
Reploid soldiers that are armed with large cannons. They sit in one place and fire multiple consecutive blasts.

Plugger
Enemies that teleport in and either spin around shooting in both directions or charge at Zero and Ciel.

Poplan
Plant mechaniloids that attempt to bite Zero when he is near them.

"Resistance Soldier"
Brainwashed Reploid resistance members that stand in place and shoot wildly.

Rollin' 22
Cannons that roll along pipes and shoot at Zero.

Saranet
Flies erratically in place before making a beeline towards Zero when he draws near.

Seal Cannon
A crawling cannon mechaniloid that creeps along surfaces while taking pot shots at Zero.

Securipider
Arachnid mechaniloids that crawl on the ceiling and descend to fire web shots which can hinder Zero.

Shaball
A cactus mechaniloid that rolls around and fires a small shower of projectiles in the air before they descend.

Shabaroller
A cactus mechaniloid that spins its segments and launches spikes from its shield.

Shurubon
Familiar enemies that jump out of pits in an attempt to hit Zero.

Signaloid
Bizarre enemies that attack differently depending on which face they're displaying, which in turn, depends on what element Zero is currently weilding. If the red face is facing forward, it spits flames at Zero before shooting a fireball. If the blue face is displayed, it will launch two snowflakes that ricochet off surfaces. If the main face is yellow, it shoots a spark that will split in two if Zero aligns on the Y axis with it. If Zero isn't wielding any element, it sits in place and does nothing.

Snow Garm
A mechaniloid based on a hound. It runs and leaps at Zero, attempting to latch onto him and bite him several times.

Spiking
A mechaniloid which rolls back and forth. It can be deployed by Carryarms.

Swim Metall RW*
Ancient aquatic mechaniloids that swim and fire bullets at Zero.

Telly Bomb
A mechaniloid based on ancient technology that slowly floats towards Zero, and will be sent flying in whatever direction he hit it in, exploding on contact with Zero or any solid surface.

Toitank*
Enemies that move on rails while shooting at Zero. The different colors correspond to their speeds.

Top Gabyoall
A mechaniloid that slowly spins around, accelerating when Zero is on the same surface as it.

U4
An extremely fast mechaniloid that comes out when all the Toitanks have been destroyed.

Yadokroid
A crustacean mechaniloid that shoots at Zero. Its hard shell reflects shots, but it can be destroyed with the Z-Saber and Shield Boomerang, and yanked off with the Chain Rod.

Yuki da Machine
An enemy which lobs snowballs at Zero.

*Met RW, Heli Met RW and Swim Met RW only appears in game if a specific Cyber-elf is used.

Gazamir
A giant enemy crab. It attacks by shooting bubbles from its mouth, clasping its claws on the ladder Zero is on, and going all the way up to clasp the top of the ladder before quickly sliding down.

Golem Type E
An elemental version of the Golem. It attacks by firing three electric beams from the prongs on its sides, angling them in different ways.

Golem Type F
An elemental version of the Golem. It attacks by spitting fire and spraying fire rings that must be jumped through.

Golem Type I
An elemental version of the Golem. It attacks by shooting icicles and snowballs.

Pinofeel
A giant wall mechaniloid that shoots bombs and lasers from its eye. Its nose can be pulled out with the Chain Rod and used as a platform.

Tentolancer
A Neo Arcadian attack shuttle that ambushes Zero during his fleet infiltration. It shoots bullets, launches homing missiles, and drops bombs on Zero.

Mega Scorpia
A giant scorpion mechaniloid that was sent to pursue Zero in the Sand Wilderness. It attacks by shooting with its small claw, launching its large claw forward, before it comes back, and launching its tail into the sky onto Zero, which destroys a bit of the ground. Its large claw can be destroyed.
Health Points: 32(Mega Scorpia)

Hyleg Ourobockle
A Mutos Reploid based on the Ouroboros snake. He attacks by swiping at Zero, trying to grab Zero from below, dashing across Altroid, making Altroid assume a diagonal position, where he will reside at the top and throw down slinky-like projectiles, and making electric sparks flow through Altroid. His EX Skill is making Altroid shoot lasers from its body segments when it is in a diagonal position.

Poler Kamrous
A Mutos Reploid based on a polar bear. She attacks by creating an ice wall crowned with spikes which she slides at Zero, throwing snowballs at Zero, and walks over to Zero to try and slash him. Her EX Skill is creating an ice wall which she breaks, sending the shards across the room.

Phoenix Magnion
A Mutos Reploid based on a Phoenix. He guards a power reactor that gives power to the Neo Arcadia. He attacks by enveloping himself in flames and charging at Zero, making lava rise from the floor, firing spread shots of arrows from his wings, making illusions of himself which if Zero hits a fake, he will respond with a slap, and catching Zero, who will then be rushed down and attacked by illusions of Vile, Agile, Bit, and Colonel. His EX Skill is him wreathing himself in fire and rushing Zero down. If he catches Zero, he will lift him up and dash into him. He normally dodges attacks, so attack him while he is attacking.

Panter Flauclaws
A Mutos Reploid based on a black panther and Flauros. He guards a train Zero is trying to steal supplies from. He attacks by throwing sparks, dive kicking at Zero, and throwing boomerang claws, either by jumping between the trains, or in front of him, of which he can jump to do this. His EX Skill is an electric shock he can send through the train he's on.

Golem Trio
A trio of the elemental Golems, fought one after the other. They behave the same as they do in their miniboss encounters. The Electric Golem shoots beams, the Fire Golem sprays fire rings and shoots fire, and the Ice Golem shoots icicles and snowballs.

Kuwagust Anchus
A Mutos Reploid based on a stag beetle. He is the brother of Herculious Anchus. He attacks by dashing at Zero, which will damage Zero over time if he is caught, shoot four lasers at him, and creating a cyclone to suck Zero towards him and if he catches Zero, he will pinch Zero in his mandibles, causing an explosion. His EX Skill has him push Zero away with a gust, before charging up for a dash which cannot be avoided by dodging. To avoid this attack, he must be hit with the Buster Shot or Chain Rod, which will turn him around. In his rematch, he is fought alongside his brother, and he attacks by dashing into zero and using his cyclone ability. Once the HP of both enemies is fully depleted, they will ram into each other and then be defeated.

Burble Hekelot
A Mutos Reploid based on Heqet. He guards the ruins in the Forest of Notus. He attacks by latching onto the ceiling and extending his legs to two positions on the floor, shaking the walls causing Caterpulls to spawn (one being golden), and attempting to eat the Caterpulls. If he eats them, he will grow in size. The green ones make him grow one stage and the gold ones make him grow to full size. In his medium form, he can launch missiles from his back. If he is in his large form, he will roll into a ball and roll across the walls and floors. If he rolls up into the ceiling, he will either fall on Zero or repeat the attack. He can also breathe bubbles which slow Zero down. His EX Skill is extending his tongue at Zero in an attempt to eat him, if he does, he will deal damage to Zero over time, as well as grow in size.

Sage Harpuia
One of the four guardians. He leads the Strong Air Battalion, and currently commands Neo Arcadia due to Copy X's death. He attacks by slashing three times, each time sending a projectile forwards, dashing up and sending down one or three blades depending on if he's airborne, firing multiple homing projectiles, makes lightning strike Zero, dashes slashes, followed by an upward chop, and grabbing Zero and diving into the ground with him in tow. His EX Skill is hyper-dashing while releasing a massive wave below him.
Health Points: 96
Weakness: Ice

Fighting Fefnir
One of the four guardians. He leads the Scorched Earth Battalion. He attacks by firing one or three small fireballs or a large one if he is charging, of which he can shoot forwards or upwards, jumping and punching the ground, creating a shockwave, which will be larger if he is charging, grabbing Zero and shooting him into the air, and summoning a cannon to fire two shots in arcs, the first bursting in midair and the second one bursting when it collides with the ground. His EX Skill is making fire pillars erupt from the ground.

Fairy Leviathan
One of the four guardians, She leads the Deep Sea Squadron. She attacks by swimming close to the top of the arena, raining down icicles, shooting spearheads from her spears, doing a downward stab with her spear, jabbing Zero if he gets close to her, and firing rotating icicles in ring formations. Her EX Skill is summoning a vortex which will suck Zero close to it while she sends several spears across the room.

Rainbow Devil
A Reploid made from technology from centuries passed. It launches globs of its liquid metal body around the arena, slinks up to Zero trying to strangle him if he gets caught, does a heavy punch, and jumps around the arena while shaped like a maw, later splitting into smaller bouncing blobs before reforming. Its EX Skill is it hardening and walking towards Zero, causing rubble to fall.

Fighting Fefnir (Armed Phenomenon)
One of the four guardians. He has transformed into a more powerful form. He attacks by spraying flames from his cannons, shooting fireballs from his cannons (which will be weakened if the cannons are destroyed), and lobbing bombs. His EX Skill is charging for a bit before launching several fire blasts at alternating heights.
Health Points: 96
Weakness: Thunder

Fairy Leviathan (Armed Phenomenon)
One of the four guardians. She has transformed into a more powerful form. She attacks by charging at Zero, making ice rain from the ceiling, firing several ice arrows in a straight line, and summoning two serpentine dragons made of ice to corner Zero as she charges at him. Her EX Skill is shooting several homing projectiles.
Health Points: 96
Weakness: Fire

Sage Harpuia (Armed Phenomenon)
One of the four guardians. He has been transformed by the Baby Elves and forced to fight Zero. He attacks by charging at Zero from both the foreground and background, firing missiles, extending two pendulum projectiles from his feet, and creating a tornado from his thrusters to try and push Zero into the pit. His EX Skill is creating a ball of wind that pulls in debris and then releases them.
Health Points: 96
Weakness: Ice

Herculious Anchus
A Mutos Reploid based on a Hercules beetle. He is encountered in the rematch against his brother, where they fight side by side. He attacks by jumping into the middle of the room and extending his arms, firing bullets from each of them. When he and his brother are defeated, they ram into each other, defeating each other.
Health Points: 96 (shared with Kuwagust Anchus)

Elpizo
Former leader of the resistance, gone berserk and unleashed the Dark Elf. He attacks with purple orbs which drain Zero's health, refilling his own, dashing towards Zero while thrusting his saber, spawning Spikings and Pantheon Guardians, and shooting dark energy projectiles which combust when they hit the ground. His EX Skill is a mimic of the Guardians' overdrive ability, making him invincible, as he sends his sword spinning, before it blasts a huge laser, which sends debris flying. After it finishes, his sword boomerangs back to him.

Elpizo, transformed by the Dark Elf, driven mad. He attacks by teleporting, summoning non-lethal spiked walls, creating an orb which travels away from him in a spiral motion, sending the Baby Elves after Zero, and creating a golden platform. His EX Skill is shooting homing projectiles from the tips of his wings.
