Mad Taxi (マッドタクシー Maddo Takushī) is a Maverick Mechaniloid car enemy in Mega Man X5. They are mainly stationary and attack by using the two extendible blades in front of them. They appear in three color variations. Purple Mad Taxis being the standard type. Green Mad Taxis can also attack by firing missiles, and some only run forward. Blue Mad Taxis can throw bombs. The missile launchers and bomb throwers attached to the green and blue types can be destroyed, leaving them only with the blades. Mad Taxis appear in the Opening Stage and in Crescent Grizzly's stage.
