Magician from the Darkness is the 21st episode of Rockman.EXE Beast+. This episodes marks the one-time appearance of Mr. Hat, Shuuichi Eboshi, HatMan and Phantom HatMan.
Synopsis[]
A Phantom Navi copy of HatMan causes chaos with a hypnotized Shuuichi Eboshi in the real world but Rockman manage to defeat him with the help of Blues and the real HatMan.
Plot[]
The episode begins with Mr. Hat and his NetNavi HatMan performing their magic tricks on stage while Phantom HatMan causes chaos. Afterwards, Netto, Enzan, and Rin Manabe visits Mr. Hat's residence for a interrogate regarding Phantom HatMan. After the interrogation, Netto and Enzan meets Mr. Hat's son Shuuichi Eboshi and then Shuuichi shows some of his magic tricks to the two.
Later, Shuuichi was upset because Mr. Hat is too busy to see his son's magic tricks. Phantom HatMan insist the boy to get revenge on Mr. Hat by causing havocs in the real world again but Shuuichi refuses until Phantom HatMan hypnotizes him. Later, as Phantom HatMan is causing chaos again in the real world, Netto and Enzan plugs in their respective NetNavis (i.e. Rockman and Blues) into the cyberworld to stop the evil magician Navi.
Rockman and Blues manage to stop Phantom HatMan but HatMan traps and locks Blues in a coffin. Phantom HatMan is about to attack Rockman until the real HatMan shows to stop the Phantom Navi. Then, HatMan turns Rockman into Falzer Beast Out Rockman to delete Phantom HatMan once and for all.
After the deletion of Phantom Navi, Shuuichi is no longer hypnotize. At Mr. Hat's house, Shuiichi explains to Netto, Enzan and Manabe about how Phantom HatMan came into his PET. Then Mr. Hat apologizes to his son and will spend time teaching his son about magic, then Shuuichi happily hugs his dad. The episode ends.

Trivia[]
- In the cold opening of the episode, the flags that HatMan is pulling out from his left 'ear' are actually flags of real-life countries. Each flags from this case are: the flag of Mexico, Brazil, Togo, Luxembourg, Finland, Japan and India.
- The last flag (i.e. the flag red, blue, yellow, green and white stripe) in this case may be not based on a flag of any real-life countries.
