Matt Hill is a Canadian voice actor who is best known for voicing characters from animated TV series such as Ed from Ed, Edd n Eddy, Kevin Keene from Captain N: The Game Master, and Wonderbolt Soarin' from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
Hill provided the voice of Bass.EXE and SpoutMan.EXE in Mega Man NT Warrior series. Hill also returned as Bass.EXE for TEPPEN as his first portrayal of the character in a video game.
