The Mega Buster, known as Rock Buster (ロックバスター) in Japan, is the Mega Buster of the Mega Man from the Mega Man Star Force series. It is Omega-Xis's head. This version has automatic rapid fire, and when not in use, it will automatically charge to fire a stronger shot. This version of the Mega Buster allows Mega Man to lock-on and teleport to the enemy to use close range Battle Cards, known as "predation".

In Mega Man Star Force 3, as an effect of wearing the Hunter-VG, Mega Man's left hand is now normal, with a design similar to Omega-Xis. The Mega Buster is now more traditional in design as well.

  • In the second and third game there is an Ability Wave, Humor Buster (HumrBstr), that changes the sound of the Mega Buster's shots to dog barks. The third game also has a Humor Buster 2 (HumrBst2) Ability that changes the sound to meows.
