Here is a list of the CDs from Mega Man & Bass's CD Database and their locations.

The CDs are generally easier collected with Bass, because he can reach places that Mega Man can't with his double jump and the Treble Boost. But there are CDs that can only be obtained by sliding into places that only Mega Man can reach, and uncovering CDs with Rush Search. Even though collecting CDs with Mega Man is harder, he can take more CDs using Spike Guard and Ice Wall to reach more places.

There are also CDs that can only be collect by using a specific item or weapon, such as using Wave Burner, Remote Mine, and Spread Drill to break ice blocks.

List of the CDs and their locations

There is a total of 100 CDs scattered through the stages. The stages of Dynamo Man, Ground Man and Tengu Man contain 13 CDs each, the stages of Cold Man, Burner Man, Magic Man and Astro Man have 12 CDs each, there are 10 CDs in Ground Man's stage, and 3 CDs in the opening stage, the museum where the player faces the Green Devil.
