Notes

  • For Proto Buster, the first number is the damage done when the weapon is fired normally; the second number is damage done when the weapon is charged up.
  • For Commando Bomb, the first number is the missile itself; the second number is the explosion/shockwave.
  • For Chill Spike, the first number is contact made with the blob; the second number is the spike trap.
  • For Thunder Wool, the first number is contact made with the cloud; the second number is the lightning bolt.
  • Any boss weak to Rebound Striker takes more damage the more times the weapon bounces along surfaces. For every bounce, the damage goes up by one, for a maximum of five boosts.
  • Pump Man can only take damage from the Mirror Buster on Hard Mode, as it is the only mode of difficulty on which he will throw his pump handle.
  • Proto Man and Bass can only fight the Mega Man Killers in the Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 Challenge Mode.
    • In addition the Special Weapons for the three Mega Man Killers as seen on the chart are only usable in the original release of Mega Man 10 and the Challenges from that version with Mega Man only. Presumably due to Proto Man and Bass' inability of using them in the original release, all of their Special Weapons are unusable for the Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 Challenge Mode. This notably makes the fight against the Mega Man Killers slightly harder as only their respective Buster weapon can work against the Mega Man Killers since their usual weakness cannot be exploited.
  • Credit goes to Flintlock Vitor and Twilight Man for damage values.
