Mega Man Timelines is a series of one-shot Mega Man comics published by UDON, featuring one-shot comics of the classic, X, Zero, ZX, and Legends series.

Mega Man series[]
Mega Man battles Blast Man in a destructive battle across Symphony City as a reluctant Torch Man watches. Mega Man is pained by the violence against innocents and repairs a damaged Met with a piece of his own helmet.
Mega Man X series[]
Some time after the Day of Sigma and Vile's attack on the highway, X questions whether he was created to protect or destroy. A distress signal is received from a Maverick Hunter base in the northern mountains. Zero takes X to investigate why Hunter Chill Penguin is not responding. X comes across a capsule and activates it to receive a message from Dr. Light assuring him his mission, and giving him the Leg Armor. X finds Chill Penguin who reveals he is now Maverick. X defeats Penguin and commits himself to continue fighting for peace until the day he dies as he and Zero proceed to confront Storm Eagle. The Met that Classic Mega Man repaired with his helmet walks into the room after X and Zero teleport away.
Mega Man Zero series[]
Some time after Zero defeated Copy X and escape Neo Arcadia leaving him stranded in the desert, Zero continues fighting off Pantheons. Zero hears a blast coming from a distance, sees a giant truck being attacked and stops it. Zero meets Moe and Miriam as they take him to the X-0-2, revealing to be a secret and stolen property from Neo Arcadia. Zero and Moe finds Joshua, who tells he needs recovery. On Neo Arcadia, the Central Council angerly demands Sage Harpuia what happened. Harpuia tells them that an attacker overpowered the Four Guardians and tells about Hidden Phantom, who was investigating the attacks deep cover. An old council woman desperately asks Harpuia where Master X is. Harpuia, to his fear, tells them that he alongside with Phantom are overseeing the investigation. Harpuia states he has been elected as leader in Master X's absence. In the badlands of an under construction Resistance HQ, Ciel promotes Elpizo for his position as new commander while she deals herself to solve the energy crisis. On X-0-2, Moe notices Neo Arcadia brought a bigger assault team. Before Zero leaves, Miriam gives him a cloak. Zero wanders off into the desert again as he fights a Golem and wave of panteons, which in turn follows the events unfold. An old Met walks through the desert and sees a green sparkle from the distance.
