Mega Man X DiVE/Weapons

Types[]

Weapons are interchangeable between Hunter Programs. Hunter Programs can be equipped with two weapons at a time, a Main Weapon and a Sub Weapon.

Weapons are classified by types:

Buster - Long range weapons.
Melee Weapon - Melee weapons, such as Sabers.
Machine Gun (Rifle and Gatling) - Weapons with high fire rate.
Sprayer (Light and Heavy) - Weapons that spray their ammunition on enemies.
Launcher - Weapons that have low ammo, but the projectiles explode on impact, damaging all enemies within range.

Mega Man X DiVE has a total of 101 weapons, with 21 Busters, 22 Melee Weapons, 21 Machine Guns, 19 Sprayers, and 18 Launchers.

Besides the Player, weapons are also used by other characters:

Guardroids and Mad Joeys use a variety of weapons.
When Pallette appeared as a boss in the event Burning Bride of June, she was equipped with Gatling Gun and Gator Fangs.
Droitclair was equipped with the Crimson Scythe in the event The Pitiful Host Angepitoyeir.
In the event Network Domination Project, Bass.EXE is equipped with a Shadow Blade Buster, and MegaMan.EXE Hub Style with Air Buster.
In the event stage NEXT! Collect All-New Armor, DiVE Armor X appeared equipped with the Ultimate Blast, DiVE Armor Axl with The Deconstructor, and both DiVE Armor Zero and DiVE Armor Iris were with a Miracle Blade.
In Roll Caskett's introduction, she creates a Glittering Spark for MegaMan Volnutt.

Other appearances[]

The Mega Buster and Standard Saber appeared as event weapons in Shironeko Project.
A Guardroid appeared armed with a Beam Machine Gun in TEPPEN.
