Miney, known as Jīra (ジーラ) in Japan, are doll-like viruses from Mega Man Battle Network. When these viruses appear, they remain stationary on their original panel. After a set duration of time, they produce a mine from within their mouth, go into the ground thorugh a black hole and (while screen dims) randomly place a one panel mine onto the player's side of the field, after which they reappear out of the ground onto their original panel.
