The Missile Factory is a location in Mega Man Zero 3 that serves as the game's first Middle Stage.
History[]
After Zero's mission in the Aegis Volcano Base, the Resistance discovered about the giant missile and began analyzing a route to the factory. It was difficult for them to access the factory as it had several scout patrols around the area and they lacked enough data to make a safe transfer.
When the Dark Elf was located in Area Z-3079, Neo Arcadia loaded Omega into a giant missile at the Missile Factory to transport him there and ransack the area in the process. Zero requested to transfer to the Missile Factory, even though the analysis was not complete, making the transfer dangerous. He reached the facility safely and even boarded the missile before it could take off, but the interference of Crea and Prea stopped him from destroying it in time. The missile crashed into Area Z-3079, causing major destruction and allowing Omega to quickly capture the Dark Elf.
