Mitsuru Ishihara (石原満 Ishihara Mitsuru, born March 20, 1969) is an animator. He worked on various Mega Man anime, and is the character designer for Rockman EXE until Rockman EXE Beast.

Trivia[]
- Mitsuru Ishihara drew many pieces for the Japanese home media covers of the Rockman EXE anime until Rockman EXE Beast.
- On the UK DVD release of Mega Man Star Force, Ishihara is credited as the character designer when it should be Shingo Adachi.
- At Xebec, a quota of inbetween frames is required to become a key animator. Ishihara's idea was to put the quota at 1,000 drawings a month. [3]
- In the game, Halo, Ishihara was apparently a really good sniper that nails head shots and always took down newbies. [4]
