Mr. Higsby, known as Yamitaro Higure (日暮闇太郎 Higure Yamitarō) in Japan, is a character from the MegaMan NT Warrior anime series, and the operator of NumberMan.EXE. A battle chip nut, Higsby will go to great lengths to collect rare battle chips, initially even holding Yai Ayano and the others hostage attempting to get Yai to surrender the rare battle chips she owned, though he was shown the errors of his ways by Lan Hikari and Ms. Mari.
