NAXA, known as ANSA in Japan, is the Netopia space monitoring center (アメロッパ国際宇宙局,[1][2] Ameroppa Kokusai Uchuu Kyoku, lit. "Ameroppa International Space Agency") that was introduced in Mega Man Battle Network 4.
The administration has incredibly high-tech astronomical equipment and is the head of space research. It is the Mega Man Battle Network series equivalent of NASA.

- The name "NAXA" appears to be a portmanteau of NASA and JAXA. The name "ANSA" is an anagram of NASA.
