Narcy Hide (ナルシー・ヒデ Narushī Hide) of Beyondard is the main antagonist of the Rockman.EXE Beast episode “Fūten Rōshi”. Unlike their Earth counterpart, they wear a red scarf instead of a green one.

Narcy is the mayor of Amita Town who regularly abuses the residents. They are seen driving into town in a pink limousine, where they later stop at a restaurant and sends out VideoMan.EXE to destroy it due to the owner failing to pay his debts to Narcy. They are defeated by SearchMan and TomahawkMan and get flung into a billboard. Humiliated, Narcy attempts to get revenge on Raika and Dingo at the hot springs, where they were thwarted twice by an unknown entity.
Frustrated, Narcy ponders as a group of Skarab beast viruses approached, to which they got an idea. Under their command, the viruses would find and chase the duo into a dead end where Narcy reveals themselves. Raika and Dingo send out their Navis to delete them, but there were too many. With a suggestion from an old man, Raika orders SearchMan to shoot at the cliff, letting out a wave of water that deleted the viruses.
Using Playback, VideoMan creates copies of SearchMan.EXE and TomahawkMan.EXE, however, Futen sends out TenguMan.EXE, and uses Tengu Thrust to defeat VideoMan and the copies, while sending Narcy flying once again. It is unknown what happened to them after the battle.
