Narcy Hide (ナルシー・ヒデ Narushī Hide) is an antagonist in Rockman.EXE Stream. They were the operator of Asteroid VideoMan.EXE. Narcy's legal name was Hidenosuke Yamashita (山下 日出の助 Yamashita Hidenosuke).

Overview[]

Like their video game counterpart, Narcy Hide is the operator of VideoMan. However, their role in the anime series is different from the games. In Rockman EXE 4, Narcy Hide uses their NetNavi VideoMan to sabotage Netto's PET in attempt to win the prize money at The Eagle/Hawk Tournament to change VideoMan from analog to digital. Whereas in the anime series, Narcy Hide joins Neo World Three to cause havocs in society. Narcy's favorite color is pink.

History[]

Rockman.EXE Stream[]

Narcy first appeared in the episode "Rhapsody in Pink". After having an Asteroid Navi named VideoMan, given by Slur, in their PET, Narcy starts using VideoMan to cause havocs in the real world from spawning a pink bouncy ball in the real world to later spawning copies of statues in the same world. After their Navi VideoMan was defeated by Rockman and GyroMan, Narcy ran off from getting caught and joins Neo World Three.

Narcy appeared in the episode "Concrete Jungle" where they only appeared in one scene at the Neo World Three headquarter. Later in the episode "Jyawaii Curry and Tomahawk", Narcy Hide later steals ingredients and also captures Dekao to make curry sauce to poor a ton of curry on Jyawaii for their art until their plan has been foiled by Netto and Dingo. Narcy appears in the beginning of the episode "Bubble GoGoGo!" where they and the other Neo WWW members visits a factory used by Dr. Regal to spread Dark Chips on the net. Narcy makes another brief appearance in the beginning of the episode "Dark Chip Again".

Narcy and Takeo materialized their Navi VideoMan and BeastMan at Resort Island but were later defeated by C.F. Rockman Stormy Vacation. Narcy makes a brief appearance in the middle of the episode "Dekao, Curry Transformation".

Narcy Hide participate to a Gabgom-sponsored contest called "Design your own dress-up chip" but end up being disqualified due to the contest being only for elementary students. Afterwards, Narcy commands VideoMan to hack Gabgom's main computer spawning a copy of a female rabbit-themed Navi to do the job. Narcy's plans was foiled as VideoMan was defeated by C.F. Rockman Narcy's Retirement. Narcy and the other Neo WWW members celebrates Telsa Magnets' birthday, later they are at Densan City to watch their Asteroid Navis attacking C.F. Rockman until they were later defeated by him. Shuddering Birthday Present
